Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Claude API Tech platform (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) available at claude-api.tech. By registering, purchasing tokens, or using the Platform’s API services, you (the “User” or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Claude API Tech is an independent commercial platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic, PBC. Claude, Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to enter into binding contractual relationships.
• You are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to your use of the Platform.

• You must register an account and provide accurate, current information (email and password) to access the services.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• A user may have only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts may result in an indefinite suspension.

• Claude API Tech provides access to supported Anthropic Claude AI models through a unified API gateway.
• The Platform supports the Anthropic Messages API format and the OpenAI Chat Completions API format through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
• Access uses a prepaid token system without a subscription. Tokens are purchased in advance and consumed as the API is used.
• We do not impose additional restrictions on top of Anthropic’s official limits.
• Service availability depends on the Anthropic API. We target 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may change, update, or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.

5.1 Token packages. Tokens are sold in packages. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change; the price shown at the time of purchase is final.

5.2 Token validity. Tokens do not expire while the account remains active.

5.3 Usage charges. Tokens are deducted in real time as the API is used. Rates correspond to Anthropic’s official pricing with our discount applied. Usage details are available in the dashboard.

5.4 Payment methods. Available methods: Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), USD Coin (USDC BEP-20), Toncoin (TON), Tether (USDT), Tether (USDT BEP-20), Tether (USDT TRC-20), Tron (TRX), Tether (USDT ERC-20). The current list is shown on the Platform when a payment is created. Payment does not require identity verification.

5.5 No subscription. Claude API Tech uses usage-based billing. There are no recurring automatic charges.

5.6 Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5.7 Currency. All prices are stated in US dollars (USD). For cryptocurrency payments, the exchange rate is applied at the time of the transaction.

Funds added to the balance, including any unused balance, are non-refundable. Billing errors and disputed transactions are reviewed individually under the separate Refund Policy.

You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not:

• Create unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.
• Develop or train competing AI models using API responses.
• Attempt to reverse engineer model weights, architecture, or other model information.
• Circumvent request restrictions, usage controls, or security measures.
• Resell, distribute, or sublicense API access to third parties without our express written consent.
• Generate spam, phishing content, disinformation, or synthetic fraud.

• All Platform content, including its design, code, documentation, and trademarks, is the property of Claude API Tech.
• Claude, Opus, Sonnet, Haiku, and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
• You retain ownership of content submitted through the API. Claude API Tech does not claim ownership of generated responses.

Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Claude API Tech does not use API request or response content to train AI models.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or that API responses will meet your expectations. Responses are generated by Anthropic models, and Claude API Tech is not responsible for their content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Claude API Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Any unused balance is not refunded after voluntary deletion.
• We may immediately suspend or delete an account for a violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be published on claude-api.tech with a new date. For material changes, we will notify users by email or through the Platform interface. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms are subject to the law that mandatorily applies to the relationship between the Platform and the relevant user.
• Disputes are initially reviewed individually through the Platform’s support channels.
• These Terms do not limit any user right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
