Privacy Policy

Claude API Tech (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) considers the protection of your personal data a priority. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you may have regarding your data.

This Policy applies to all users of claude-api.tech, our API gateway, dashboard, and related services.

Claude API Tech is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic, PBC.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.

2.1 Data you provide directly

• Account data: your email address and password, which is stored only as a hash.
• Payment data: transaction amounts, payment method, and transaction identifiers. We do not store users’ private keys or seed phrases.
• Messages: requests sent to customer support.

2.2 Data collected automatically

• Usage data: API request metadata, including time, user, model, input, output, cached, and thinking token counts, and balance changes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and session duration.
• Site and analytics data: page views, interaction events, and technical information sent to Google Analytics.

2.3 Data we do not collect

• API request and response content is not retained after the request-response cycle completes.
• We do not collect biometric data.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

• API requests pass through our infrastructure solely to fulfill the request.
• We do not retain API request or response content after the request-response cycle. Billing metadata, including the user, model, token counts, timestamp, and other technical parameters, is retained indefinitely.
• We do not use API request content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models.
• Requests are routed through Anthropic infrastructure. Anthropic’s terms and privacy policy apply to model processing.

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service providers

• Cryptocurrency payment providers, to process transactions available on the Platform.
• Cloud infrastructure providers, for hosting and data storage.
• Google Analytics, to analyze site traffic and page interactions.
• Anthropic, to process API requests using Claude models.

Processing by these providers is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5.2 Legal requirements

We may disclose data when required by applicable law, a court order, or a competent government authority.

5.3 Business reorganization

In a merger or asset sale, data may be transferred to a successor subject to mandatory requirements of applicable law.

Claude API Tech operates globally. Data may be processed outside the user’s country of residence, including by infrastructure, payment, analytics, and AI model providers. Such processing is subject to the relevant provider’s terms and mandatory requirements of applicable law.

The site uses Google Analytics. When pages load, Google may set analytics cookies and process device, browser, IP address, and site-interaction information under its own privacy policy. The Platform does not use third-party advertising cookies.

• Data transmission between the user and the Platform is protected with TLS. Passwords are stored only as hashes.
• API keys are displayed in full only once when created and are stored only as hashes. You are responsible for keeping your keys secure.
• If a data breach creates a risk to your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: request deletion subject to mandatory retention periods.
• Restriction: request limits on processing of your data.
• Portability: receive data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact Platform support. We will review the request within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact a competent data protection authority if that right is available in your jurisdiction.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that a minor registered, the account will be deleted and the data handled under the stated retention periods and applicable legal requirements.

We may update this Policy periodically. The updated version will be published on claude-api.tech with a new date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or through the Platform interface.
